Hello from Martha and Faye!

This week in Aventurine class the year 5 children have been learning about shape in maths: translation, reflection,axes, image, similar and congruent are all words we know the meaning of. In History we have started to learn about the Ancient Greeks and the Economic Activity of the U.K!!!  For English we are studing a book called the Promise by Nicole Davis. It is about a girl who was grim and miserable, but with a little help she becomes joyful and merry... you will find out more as the weeks go on.
