Christmas Science

This week Diamond Class joined an online science event. Father Christmas had a problem: his heavy boots and the noise of the reindeer hooves on roofs was waking up children!  So the class had to investigate which materials would help dampen and muffle the sound.  They talked about what might work and why and used a sound meter to record the decibels.
